Young Hunter Contest Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Young Hunter Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of West Virginia who are between the ages of 6 and 15 at the time of entry. All entries must be submitted by the entrant's parent or legal guardian, who must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Tudor's Biscuit World, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How To Enter

1. A parent or legal guardian completes the entry form at tudorsbiscuitworld.com/younghunter.
2. The entry must include the child's name and age, parent or guardian name, email, phone, a short answer, and a video of 30 to 60 seconds.
3. The parent or guardian must agree to the consent and media release before submitting.
4. Limit one entry per child. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

3. Video Requirements

• Videos must be between 30 and 60 seconds in length.
• Content must be family-friendly and reflect safe, lawful, and respectful outdoor activity.
• Videos must not contain graphic, violent, or inappropriate content.
• The entrant must be the primary subject of the video.
• Uploaded videos are stored securely in private cloud storage accessible only to the Contest team.

4. Grand Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive the Young Hunter Champion Package, which includes a Tudor's Biscuit World prize package, free Tudor's biscuits for one year, and an official feature on the Tudor's Biscuit World channels. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Judging And Winner Selection

Entries will be reviewed after the entry period closes. Judging is based on story, spirit, and respect for the outdoors. The winner will be selected by a Tudor's Biscuit World panel and notified directly by phone or email. The decision of the judges is final.

6. Consent And Media Release

By entering, the parent or legal guardian grants Tudor's Biscuit World a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted video and the entrant's name and likeness for Contest administration and promotional purposes, in all media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form is used solely to administer the Contest and contact entrants. Tudor's Biscuit World will not sell entrant information. Videos are not posted publicly without the parent or guardian's permission.

8. General Conditions

Tudor's Biscuit World reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is deemed inappropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if it cannot be conducted as planned. This Contest is void where prohibited.
